Your Fitness Discovery Call is about finding out exactly where you are right now, what you want to achieve, and whether we’re the right fit to work together.
You’ll complete a quick Pre-Exercise Screening Form so I can understand your fitness history, injuries, and goals. This helps me create a safe, effective starting point so we’re ready to make progress from day one.
We’ll review what you’ve tried before, talk through your short and long-term goals, and uncover what’s been holding you back. By the end, you’ll have a clear, realistic plan of action and know exactly what steps to take.
I’ll walk you through how we can work together. You’ll see your customised training plan, nutrition support, accountability structure, and the investment options available to get you started.

Hi! I’m Geordie Rae, a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. I’ve worked across bodybuilding, general fitness, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and even ran “Women in Defence” programs with the Australian Defence Force.
I’m also a certified Pre and Post-Natal Specialist, helping women stay strong and healthy before, during, and after pregnancy.
